This scholarship was created in memory of Concord's co-founder Jason Holdridge, a graduate of the University of Washington and a pioneer in the transportation engineering field in the Seattle area, and will be fulfilled for a three-year term.  The Concord team is very happy to be able to honor the memory of our partner and friend by offering this scholarship to fellow graduate students at the University of Washington who share Jason's passion to pursue excellence in all aspects of life.
